About the Role We are looking for an experienced and strategic Corporate Marketing Manager to lead the Combined Authority’s Marketing team on an interim basis. You will provide a high quality, effective corporate marketing function for the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority which supports and informs the delivery of all elements of the Corporate Plan through the management and delivery of strategic marketing of the organisation, key programmes, projects and services. You will play a key role in delivering on a Communications and Marketing strategy that puts people, storytelling and content at the heart of what we do. This vacancy is fixed term until April 2026 to cover Maternity Leave. About the person With a wide range of marketing skills and experience including across brand, digital, campaign delivery and strategy, you will be responsible for the corporate brand family, all marketing projects and campaigns, design and digital channels across the organisation – from the Mersey Ferries, to transport, to key policy areas and services. You will have significant experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team and line management, leading the Marketing function of 14 people including designers, digital experts and campaign/programme leads. You’ll be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role, being an effective leader, able to manage delivery of multiple projects, excellent planning skills, and a strong track record of working on innovative, creative marketing strategies that deliver results.
