We are seeking an organised and proactiveOffice Administration Assistantto join our team on a full time permanentbasis.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative support to management and other departments.
* Manage office supplies and ensure facilities are well-stocked and maintained.
* Assist with documentation, including quotes, invoices, deliveries etc.
* Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting on stock, inventory, and other business metrics.
* Help ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety procedures.
* Liaise with staff and customers in a professional manner.
* Support ongoing projects and contribute to process improvements where needed.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in an office administration support role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong attention to detail.
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
