Accounts Receivable Manager | Hybrid-Working
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven Accounts Receivable professional to add value within a growing and ever-evolving company.
This is not your typical AR/ Credit Manager type position but it is a very challenging and exciting one whereby you will have the opportunity to grow and evolve into a senior/ group manager in time.
Your main focus will be on:
* Motivating, guiding and (where needed) recruiting within the wider AR team (Billing and Credit Control professionals)
* Overseeing Billing systems and processes, as well as Collections
* Analysing existing systems and spearheading improvements where necessary
* Business Partnering with senior stakeholders/ heads of business across the company
The ideal candidate will have:
* A strong understanding/experience in the all round “AR function”, inclusive of Billing and Credit Control
* Excellent leadership ability with experience of leading a team of circa 10 individuals in the past
* Superb communication skills, with the required confidence to present to all levels
* A mindset of “continuous improvement” and will have examples of improving systems/ processes
* The drive and determination to spearhead change
