You will join a great team and play a proactive role in shaping, managing, and delivering our largest technology-enabled business transformation programs across prestigious clients. You will also have opportunities to be involved in cutting-edge initiatives, support capability development, and mentor junior team members. As an Oracle Programme Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and supporting the delivery of large, complex Oracle-enabled business transformation programs.
* Engaging with C-level executives to shape their business transformation strategies enabled by Oracle.
* Providing leadership, management, and coaching to project teams and junior staff.
* Overseeing project scope, costs, quality, benefits, risks, and timelines.
* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
* Building relationships within KPMG and across industries to address client needs.
* Supporting practice growth through initiatives and business development, including bid responses and commercial propositions.
* Ensuring best practices in reporting and governance across projects.
* Keeping abreast of industry trends in Oracle and Cloud ERP.
* Managing programme and project management tools and techniques.
* Contributing to the global people agenda through mentorship and people management.
We seek passionate, motivated individuals with strong consulting skills who can work with senior executives to deliver multi-year, Oracle-enabled business transformations. Ideal candidates will have:
* Extensive experience managing large-scale Oracle programs across industries.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Strong understanding of Programme & Project Management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
* Knowledge of business drivers for ERP-enabled change and transformation.
* Experience in proposal and bid development, with strong internal and external relationship-building skills.
* Relevant industry qualifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, PMI, PPM.
* Financial and commercial acumen.
* Leadership qualities that promote equality, ethics, and confidence.
* Ability to motivate and coach teams, including offshore and onshore elements.
