The post holder will form part of our leadership team within our service and support to establish and maintain a strength-based culture of teamwork, achievement, accountability, and outcome focused. This includes providing supervision and support to the staff team as well as contributing to the ever-developing service. Likes to support newly qualified and experienced social workers to develop to achieve the best they can.
