Our client a well-respected, award-winning estate agency is actively seeking an Assistant Lettings Manager to join our client's close-knit team in Chelmsford.

Working hours:
1. As an Assistant Lettings Manager, you’ll be required to work Full-Time
2. 5 day working week
The successful Assistant Lettings Manager will be offered:
3. Up to £21,000 Basic (Depending on Experience)
4. Up to £40,000 OTE (Uncapped)
5. Company car or car allowance

To be considered for the Assistant Lettings Manager role you must have:
9. Full UK Driving License
10. At least 3 years lettings experience.
11. ARLA Qualified (preferred but not essential)
12. Results-driven with a strong track record
13. Hard-working with the desire and determination to exceed targets.
14. Able to bring new customers into the business.
15. Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs and requirements
As an Assistant Lettings Manager, your role will involve:
16. Letting business generation
17. Working with the Lettings Manager to increase to office performance
18. Help Manage the office and team to a very high standard
19. Maintain a strong relationship with all Landlords to help you acquire a future business with them
20. Developing and maintaining a lettings business, maximising income and profit from a range and products and services
21. Increasing revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
