* We are looking for a Senior IT Technician with at least 3 years of experience in ICT related positions. The ideal candidate will have knowledge comparable to MCP standards, though certification is not required. Essential experience includes:
* Server 2019/2022 administration
* Windows 11 Professional deployment & support
* Azure Entra administration
* Active Directory administration
* Exchange online administration
* Hyper-V administration and monitoring
* Understanding of networking concepts
* Understanding of backup and recovery procedures
* Full familiarity with Microsoft core infrastructure
* Building, repairing, upgrading, and maintaining desktop and laptop platforms
* Imaging/cloning technologies
* Diagnosis of network related issues
* Installation, diagnosis and maintenance of PC attached peripherals, printers, scanners
* We seek a proactive self-starter who is a quick learner and can work effectively in a team as well as independently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
* As a Senior IT Technician, I will assist the Systems Manager in maintaining an efficient and reliable ICT platform that meets the needs of our students and staff at Treloar's. In this primarily second line role, I will be responsible for managing and addressing daily support requests across our large campus. Additionally, I will oversee the workload of junior support staff as needed.
