Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Oxford
Commutable from Wantage, Didcot, Abingdon, Wallingford, and Oxford
Salary: £45,000-£48,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (flexiworking hours)

About the Company:
Our client is a leading manufacturer with fabrication and welding processes on site. Due to continued expansion, they are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join the company and bring fresh ideas to the New Process and Product Introduction, as well as Continuous Improvements on site.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Working alongside two other process Engineers on Projects
2. Facilitating New Product Introduction and Productivity projects
3. Working on semi-automated processes within welding and fabrication
4. Helping to manage capital expenditure on solutions
5. Focusing on Cutting, Forming, and Welding Processes
6. Completing Process validations and other quality-related documentation
7. Creating Engineering specifications for tooling, jigs, and fixtures
8. Joining a team of two process engineers
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
1. 5 years in a manufacturing engineering role
2. A Mechanical Engineering qualification (apprenticeship or degree)
3. Experience in a mechanical engineering background
4. Knowledge of welding, fabrication, and pressure vessels would be a bonus
