About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Coordinator within the Warehouse & Transport department. This role will provide accurate and efficient administrative support to ensure the safe and timely delivery of medication to Lloyds Clinical customers. You will be responsible for assisting managers, collating data, maintaining regulatory compliance for transport vehicles, and facilitating communication between all stakeholders involved.
Please note this role is operating 12-8pm.

About You
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar software.
* Experience with data entry, record-keeping, and scheduling systems is preferred.
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
* Previous experience in administrative support or coordination roles, particularly in warehouse and transport logistics, is a plus.
