The successful candidate will be an ambitious Marketing Manager, reporting directly to the Head of New Markets, and eager to accelerate their career within a fast-growth environment. This is a broad marketing role with exposure to different marketing platforms and is positioned within a dynamic, growing international team. Key job responsibilities include: Content Creation : Oversee the development and distribution of high-quality content that supports marketing campaigns and initiatives, such as blog posts, case studies, webinars, videos and social media content. Campaign Planning and Execution : Plan, co-ordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, print and events. This includes setting objectives, identifying target audiences, creating messaging, and selecting the most effective tactics and channels. Marketing Analytics : Monitor and analyse marketing performance, using data driven insights to optimise campaigns and improve return on investment (ROI). This includes tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and conducting market research. Budget Management : Develop and manage the marketing budget for assigned campaigns and initiatives, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to achieve strategic objectives. 3rd Party Management : Identify, negotiate and manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, such as creative agencies, PR firms, event management agencies, or media buying agencies, to support marketing initiatives. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product management, and customer support, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts. Reporting: Regularly report on marketing performance to the Head of New Markets and other stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Essential Skills & Experience: As a people-oriented organisation, candidates must demonstrate a strong match for our vibrant entrepreneurial culture Candidates should also possess the following skills and experience: Passionate about marketing culture and brand management Degree in a related discipline Working knowledge and understanding of SEO practices Experience using Mailchimp (or similar platform) Strong CMS experience Significant digital content campaign planning and delivery experience Demonstrate experience within a fast-paced marketing role Event management experience, including sponsor liaison Strong organisational skills Social and long format copywriting experience Excellent proof-reading skills High level of interpersonal communication Fully proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook Excellent presentation skills Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills Candidates should tailor their CVs to reflect our essential criteria.
