Our innovative platform seamlessly connects care workers with care organisations and individuals who need their services on demand and at short notice. Role Overview: We are looking for ambitious, tenacious sales professionals who thrive in past paced, high performing sales environments. You will be energetic, motivated with have a passion for creating outstanding relationships with customers. Your prospective customers will be social care providers in the Northwest including managers of care organisations or resourcing leads who recruit colleagues for their care organisation. You will be required to successfully reach out to and engage with prospective care organisations in the region using different channels including site visits, email and telephone outreach, generate leads and opportunities to demo Flourishs platform and showcase the many benefits it will bring to their organisation. Qualifications: Experience: Experience managing sales processes from start to finish from identifying new prospects, securing initial meetings, carry out demos to successfully onboarding of new clients. Knowledge: Proven sales knowledge winning new business customers, working in similar sales or business development roles. Problem-Solving: Understand existing customers' challenges and build solutions to help overcome them.
