We are now in a position to create another such opportunity and are recruiting for a new Project General Manager in the South-west of England, ideally in the Exeter area. This person must have a track record of being an effective General Manager who can quickly establish themselves in a business, motivate and develop a team and do so with drive, energy and enthusiasm. You must have a great work ethic, have high personal standards that match our Values and be able cut through the noise to generate results. The role will report to our Chief Executive and to one of our Operational Board level directors and will see you adopt placements around the South-west before ultimately being appointed to a more permanent role. We have a proven fast-track on-boarding and induction programme, which will ensure you understand our business model and can succeed quickly. No promises can be made on promotion, but the majority of people recruited this way now have great careers in the Group, from high-ranking General Managers to director level.
