Our client is a leading multi-disciplinary professional service firm, managing land and estates as well as selling and letting rural property throughout Shropshire, Herefordshire, Mid-Wales, North Wales, and the surrounding counties for many years.
The Role
You'll be responsible for building and maintaining individual client relationships and areas of Rural Professional Practice with a focus on Valuations. The role is flexible to your skillset and may include other rural professional services. Our client is also interested in candidates with a blended professional consultancy role around valuation, including some Estate Management and those with Commercial Valuation experience.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline with MRICS accreditation and several years of PQE. You will be a strong communicator with good problem-solving skills, comfortable with a high degree of autonomy. You will be commercially astute, a lateral thinker, and capable of generating new business. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to convey complex information to various audiences are essential. You should manage your time effectively, work in an organized and methodical fashion, and have high attention to detail.
A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
