Hours: 43 hours per week - 1 in 4 weekends once trained
Location: Mobile in Southwest: Covering but not limited to; North Devon & Yeovil District Hospitals, Bideford, South Molton & Holsworthy Community Hospitals.

What you'll be doing:
Carry out work as per schedule supplied by the Contracts Manager or Supervisor.
Complete site documentation before and after work tasks.
Liaise with subcontractors during planned service maintenance.
All work on site to be carried out in accordance with site EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) and Veolia EHS rules and guidelines.
Flexibility to work on equipment in all buildings and around Maintenance Shutdowns
Participate in Audits of the Mechanical and Electrical plant rooms and follow up on actions
Be part of an Industrial Energy team that manages the maintenance of industrial FM Services as well as steam & Hot water boilers, LTHW systems and Heat Pump systems.
Carry out routine and statutory planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive and breakdown works to all mechanical and electrical systems across all the sites.
Ensure that the Steam & Hot water boilers are maintained as per OEM specifications.
Ensure that Heat Pumps are maintained as per OEM specifications.
Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly rectified to maintain the plants in serviceable order at all times (24/7).
Maintenance and publication of plant quality records and reports.
Carry out daily routine operational tasks to plants that will comply with legislation and company policies.
Participate in an on-call rota, providing out-of-hours cover, along with weekend working
This role involves some lifting, working at heights and/or in confined spaces
What we're looking for:
Essential
Electrical experience - City & Guilds 2382 - 18th Edition
Must be able to demonstrate hands-on experience of troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems; related mechanical experience is an advantage.
Experience with Pumps, HVAC Systems, Compressors, Boilers, steam systems and ancillary services, (DHW skids), Chillers, Cooling Towers, Clean steam Boilers, Purified
Water Systems, CIP systems; general canteen/kitchen equipment
Good understanding of Preventive Maintenance Systems and Building Management Systems
Ability to read and understand P&IDs/electrical drawings
An understanding of Instrumentation.

FGas-OPD Reg Certification
High Voltage Operational Safety Certificate
Boiler Operations Accreditation Scheme (BOAS)
Medium Risk Confined Space
Health and Safety qualifications and awareness, risk assessment, method statement training, competence in issuing and use of all company Permit to Work systems would be preferential, however, training will be provided where appropriateWhat's next?
