As they continue to expand their international presence, they are seeking a dynamic International Agency Sales Manager to join their London team.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by selling video advertising solutions into agencies and brands outside the UK. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, fluent in English and one other language (preferably German or Spanish), and have a proven track record in digital/video ad sales within the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth across international markets, particularly within EMEA.
* Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with media agencies and direct brands.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in agencies and brands.
* Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to showcase our client’s video adtech solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure client success.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital/video ad sales, with a strong track record of selling into agencies across EMEA.
* Bilingual: Fluent in English and one additional language (German or Spanish preferred).
* Strong network within the media agency landscape in Europe.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Ability to work independently while being a team player.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* Passion for digital advertising, technology, and innovation.
* Willingness to travel internationally as required.
