This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects and drive excellence in every aspect of Quantity Surveying. Your key responsibilities will include:
Project Budget Management: Collaborate with the Project Accountant to prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring smooth monthly updates and accurate financial forecasting.
Diverse Projects: Be part of prestigious high-end residential developments, with occasional involvement in commercial projects.
Cash flow Expertise: Prepare detailed monthly and 10-year cash flow plans, ensuring financial clarity and precision.
Contracts & Agreements: Negotiate and finalise contractor and sub-contractor agreements, securing the best outcomes.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise effectively with insurers, contractors, and project teams to maintain seamless communication.
Valuations & Payments: Prepare and review valuations, benchmark payments, and drive value for money at every stage.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations while improving reporting standards to enhance transparency and efficiency.Profile
