* Lead a team of teaching assistants to create a stimulating, person-centred learning environment
* Evaluate and assess individual programmes to ensure progress and development

* Drive continuous improvement for your students, yourself and your team
What we’re looking for:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a passion for working with SEND children
* A skilled educator with experience (or strong interest) in creating personalised learning plans
* A commitment to fostering a positive, engaging and inclusive environment
* Leadership skills to manage and inspire a team of teaching assistants
What’s on offer:
* Comprehensive induction and ongoing support
* SEN1 allowance of £2,679 (pro-rata for part time staff)
* Career progression opportunities, including middle leadership roles
* Access to excellent CPD through partnerships with local teaching hubs and networks
* Opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across other schools and federations
* Access to health and wellbeing services
If you’re ready to take on this exciting opportunity and contribute to a person-centred approach to education, we would love to hear from you!
