Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office/ Finance Manager to join our team in Ledbury. As a key member of the finance and administration team, you will be responsible for managing all day-to-day financial administration and business operations.
* Manage all financial administration, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Oversee business operations, including HR, facilities, and IT.
* Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
* Provide financial analysis and reporting to the Directors.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives.
