We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Schedule appointments and manage the service diary Provide accurate estimates and quotes for service work Upsell additional services and products as appropriate Communicate effectively with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of work Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on completed work and addressing any concerns or issues Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and service work Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within an automotive dealership Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Familiarity with automotive systems and terminology Knowledge of computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly Benefits: Cycle to Work Scheme, Auto Enrolment Pension, Death in Service Benefit, Staff Discounts, Optional Health Care, PPE Supplied, Training, Financial Advice and support.
