You’ll work closely with teachers to help deliver engaging lessons, both in the classroom and in smaller group settings. In addition to providing academic support, you will also be responsible for supporting the social and emotional development of our pupils. You will help them build confidence, manage their emotions, and work cooperatively with their peers. This may involve one-to-one support for children who need extra help, as well as leading small groups on specific learning tasks.
