INTERNAL SALES ENGINEERSALARY UP TO £45k
PERMANENTOur client is a successful international manufacturer of fluid handling components with an established reputation for dealing in multiple sectors. With outstanding products and solutions tailored individually for every environment and customer to the highest specifications. They are looking to expand their existing sales team with an internal sales engineer.The ideal internal sales engineer will seamlessly integrate into the team, liaising with internal and external teams form day one.
Responsibilities
* Interpret customer needs, thereby proposing the most fitting pump solution for their processes.
* Address and answer technical queries with a knack for troubleshooting customer challenges.
* Draft and dispatch quotations and manage orders (tailored CRM training will be provided as necessary).
* Assist with large and technically complex RFQs
* Stay up to date on Groups product suite and services, via the comprehensive in-house training curriculum
You
* Technical experience with specifying pumps.
* Confidence, organised, and an intrinsic motivation to collaborate.
* Proficient in functioning efficiently under pressure and within tight deadlines.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be a bonus.
* A team player, having a track record of working with both internal and external peers.
As the successful internal sales engineer, you will several years experience in the pump industry and with relevant experience - this is a must.
