The Business Support Assistant Manager provides high-level administrative support to the leadership team, helping to streamline processes and facilitate efficient operations. This role is vital for supporting the overall success of Brand, Marketing & Corporate Affairs, across project delivery, managing schedules, and assisting with the preparation and coordination of team initiatives. This role plays a key role in maintaining organisation within the team and supporting team culture through proactive communication, organisation, and initiative. What you'll be doing Supporting Senior Management: Develop the Brand, Marketing & Corporate Affairs overall team plan that enables us to plan ahead, coordinate and ensure we work effectively with our wider team. Support in the preparation of high quality and timely updates for senior management, including ExCo papers, updates to the Chief Customer Officer and broader strategic updates. Team Meeting Coordination: Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and ensuring follow-up on action items. Run the agenda and actions for leadership meetings and monthly 'All Hands huddle' for wider team. Document Preparation: Prepare, proofread, and format documents, presentations, and reports as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Meeting Coordination: Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and ensuring follow-up on action items. Event and Workshop Planning: Assist with the planning and execution of team events, workshops, and off-site meetings, managing logistics and ensuring all necessary resources are in place. Communication Liaison: Act as a point of contact for the team, handling incoming requests and inquiries, and proactively communicating updates and information. Office Management Support: Help maintain a well-organised team, across a range of executive support tasks. Team Culture: Actively support and contribute to a positive team culture, fostering collaboration and open communication within the group. Team effectiveness - work with partners across Customer, Brand & Engagement to share best practice and continue to review team effectiveness practices. About you Experience: Previous experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or team support role. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate effectively. Organisation: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail; able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management tools is a plus. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and present solutions proactively. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude, with a willingness to assist and support others. Discretion: High level of professionalism and discretion with sensitive and confidential information. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with brand, brand strategy, marketing, advertising and corporate affairs. Project Management: Experience with or knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
