Position Overview
General Managers lead a motivated and energetic team and ensure our guests receive the outstanding service they have come to expect.
Key Responsibilities
1. Nurture, lead and motivate the management team at all levels, inclusive of kitchen management & BDMS.
2. Inspire the team to curate both cultural and service excellence.
3. Provide outstanding guest & staff care, adhering to company specifications and P&L.
4. Oversee venue performance, including sales & EBITDA, stock control, wage control & team performance.
5. Write & present annual budget presentations and partake in regular KMI meetings.
6. Manage all teams effectively.
Qualifications
Exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.
