This role involves supporting customers throughout their training journey, from booking courses to helping with theory and practical tests. It’s perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers succeed. Key Responsibilities: Course Bookings: Manage and coordinate bookings to ensure a seamless process for candidates. Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact, answering questions and providing updates throughout the training journey. Brand Building: Deliver excellent customer service, contributing to a strong, positive reputation and encouraging customer reviews. Sales Support: Assist the sales team with operational tasks. Product Recommendations: Suggest additional products to enhance the customer experience.
