Are you passionate about supporting young people on their journey to independence? We are looking for a Support Officer to provide guidance, stability, and encouragement to vulnerable young people living in independent living settings across Oxfordshire.

What You’ll Do:
Provide tailored, one-to-one support to young people, helping them gain confidence and independence.
Assist with practical life skills such as budgeting, cooking, and maintaining a home.
Offer emotional support and guidance, fostering resilience and self-belief.
Work closely with external agencies and support networks to ensure the best outcomes for each individual.
Encourage young people to engage in education, training, and employment opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
A caring and motivated individual with a passion for supporting young people.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
A proactive and solution-focused mindset, helping young people overcome challenges.
Experience working with vulnerable young people or in a similar support role (desirable but not essential).
An understanding of the challenges faced by young people in independent living settings.
