You will lead the Data Delivery team, which is responsible for driving key business outcomes and delivering the data scope crucial to strategic projects. This role offers an exciting and transformative work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a chance to make a significant impact on our strategic goals.What will I be doing?nLead the Data Delivery team within Data & Analytics, fostering a dynamic, innovative, and professional working environment.nDrive key business outcomes by delivering the data scope crucial to strategic projects.nForm and manage a high-performing team of Data Delivery Managers.nPromote best practices in project governance and controls.nEnsure success and excellence in all data-related initiatives.nContribute to an exciting and transformative work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.nWhat do I need?nProven experience in leading a Delivery/Project Management team, with familiarity in various methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).nComprehensive understanding of the data domain, including governance, architecture, modelling, engineering, delivery, and quality.nSuperior communication and influencing skills, with proficiency in facilitating workshops and achieving consensus.nStrong project management skills, including time management, risk management, and the use of tools like Jira.nDegree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, with beneficial but not essential Project Management qualifications (Prince2, Agile).nExcellent leadership, negotiation, and networking abilities, with a sensitivity to the impact of change and a commercially astute mindset.nAdditional informationWe’re always looking to recognise and reward our employees for the work they do.
