We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Senior Claims Handler Lead in our Perth office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of claims handlers, managing day-to-day operations, and driving business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, has excellent leadership skills, and is able to motivate and develop their team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of claims handlers
* Manage day-to-day operations and ensure seamless delivery of claims services

Requirements:
* Proven leadership experience in a claims handling environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and develop a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, law)
Salary and Benefits:
