Role Description
This is a full-time role for an IT Support Analyst located in Willington. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support, analysing and troubleshooting IT issues, and supporting with employee onboarding and offboarding.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support across the organisation
2. Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
3. Building of laptops, mobiles and tablets
4. Supporting Microsoft 365 and key business systems
5. Ensuring a seamless IT experience for all employees
What We’re Looking For
1. Experience in a customer service based role is essential
2. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills
4. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and basic networking
5. A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
