Multinational US Law Firm client is seeking a Temporary HR Assistant to join them on a rolling temporary contract.

The Temporary HR Assistant will be a fully generalist role and will also work closely with specialist HR teams. The Temporary HR Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support to the London HR Team and act as first point of contact for many administrative HR matters and project support.
Temporary HR Assistant Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate the preparation of onboarding materials
* Maintain up to date checklists for employee movements
* Update Workday and run reports
* Log all CVs on the recruitment tracker and ensure applications are processed in a timely manner
* Liaise with benefit brokers regarding joiners, leavers and benefit queries for employees
* Maintain and update benefits intranet page
Temporary HR Assistant Key Skills & Requirements:
* 2+ years relevant experience ideally working within a law firm or similar professional services firm
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise workloads
* Good understanding of IT systems, experience with Workday would be highly beneficial
