Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Location: Henleaze, Bristol
Contract Type: Permanent

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
1. Being the first point of contact for customers
2. Monitoring emails and responding to enquiries
3. Liaising with customers
4. Overseeing diary management
5. Handling general correspondence and requests as well as updating information on the system
6. Ensuring all paperwork is compliant within company guidelines
7. Maintaining service levels and undertaking work within agreed timescales
Key skills of a Customer Service Advisor:
1. Excellent attention to detail
2. Ability to adapt style of communication to suit the customer
3. Proven track record of excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain a positive client relationship
4. Highly organized
5. Proven ability to work to deadlines with effective time management skills
6. Positive mind-set and attitude towards work
