An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Rotherham Furnished Homes service, and we are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and support to our customers.
Rotherham Furnished Homes is a fast-paced workplace, providing quality domestic furniture and white goods to RMBC tenants.
The Furnished Homes and Temporary Accommodation Officer role involves the administration and provision of RMBC's Furnished Scheme.
This is a varied role which will require you to work from home and the Furnished Homes office, managing both phone and email enquiries. The role also includes weekly home visits to RMBC tenants to complete inventory checks throughout the Borough.
You will ensure excellent customer service is given to our existing 5,000+ customers and all new customers, processing the repairs, replacements, package amendments, and terminations to the scheme, whilst also providing advice and support as needed.
You will be a confident communicator and decision maker, who is a positive team player with a collaborative approach to work and can also work well independently.
