Whilst previous experience in a gym is not a deal-breaker, you should be prepared to be hands on; work across a spectrum of activities from outreach and inreach lead generation, Club tours and sales, and gym operations; and be comfortable dealing with customers in person, on the phone, and through Social Media.

And our Kettering site is a flagship location - over 6,300 square feet of a new generation of fit-out, and the most advanced fitness equipment available to the network.
Duties will include, but not be restricted to:
Marketing and Lead Generation:
* Development of the Anytime Fitness brand in Kettering, increasing brand awareness, generating leads for new membership sales and other revenue lines
* Planning and running promotional campaigns via calls, texts, emails, and local events
* Taking photos and making videos for social media; as well as designing and implementing member competitions
* Managing corporate membership programs aimed at local businesses and specific customer groups
* Managing input and support to marketing and sales activities from the other staff on the Club team.
Sales:
* Convert and manage leads and enquiries into appointments using Anytime Fitness CRM systems
* Conduct effective sales tours, promoting the benefits of Club membership
* Achieve new member, total membership, and income targets.
Member Retention
* Utilise Anytime Fitness systems and initiatives aimed at improving and maintaining member retention
* Implement member retention activities, ensuring a high satisfaction rate and longevity in memberships.
Club Environment
* Create a Club culture in which members feel that they belong to a community
* Ensure the club operates smoothly and meets Anytime Fitness standards
* Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.
The successful candidate will be:

* Adept at social media
* Exemplary with timekeeping.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Our ideal candidate will have experience selling in a target driven environment and will have excellent interpersonal and administrative skills
* Previous handling of business social media accounts is an advantage, particularly Facebook and Instagram
* First Aid trained (not compulsory).
