Job Title: SHE Advisor
Location: Towcester
Salary: £54,793+ dependant on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
You will be responsible for managing your own workload; this will include a number of Site projects spanning across the businesses
Ensure you support the Site SHE reviews, as well as day to day site SHE management, scorecards, statistics, incident logs, presentation packs, associate meetings etc.
This role will require you to provide advice on a range of Safety, Health and Environmental topics
You will promote risk management via the hierarchy of controls
Ensure you lead on accident/incident analysis and assurance activity, along with a wide variety of related tasks that fall within this diverse role
Monitor contractor performance in line with their risk assessments and method statements will also form a key element of the role
Additionally you will be involved the in implementation and maintenance of the SHE Management System (Certified to ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO50001) within your business operation
Being able to lead on risk assessment, accident/incident analysis and assurance activity, along with a wide variety of related tasks that fall within this diverse role
Your skills and experiences:
Good understanding of Hazard identification and risk management
Excellent communication skills and be comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels
SHE experience and knowledge is essential
NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health (or equivalent)
