Inclusion IQ are delighted to be supporting our multi-award-winning client once again as they continue to expand their service offering to their international clients and as a result, they are seeking to appoint a Qualified Management Accountant to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
The Role
This successful applicant will join a multi-award-winning organization who have been operational for over 50 years and is forecast to turn over in excess of £40 million this year.
Within the last 12 months, they have promoted 10 people into management positions, with an investment of an external 6-month management training program. They have also promoted 19 people across the business in the last year throughout the organization. With extensive and ambitious plans to grow even further in the next 5 years, the promotional opportunities are endless.
This role will require a professional individual, with excellent communication & organizational skills. Working in a fast-paced environment and reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be a key part of the overall Finance Team in terms of providing & analyzing management accounts.
You will also have the opportunity to professionally develop whilst adding value on a daily basis.
You will be responsible for undertaking the following duties:
* Preparation and Review of monthly management accounts.
* Preparation of accurate and timely produced accounts information for the management team.
* Working to tight deadlines around month-end and compliance.
* Leading AR, AP and Cash close process.
* Completion of month-end balance sheet reconciliations.
* Completion of UK and ROI VAT Returns.
The Person
To be considered for this role, applicants must demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
* Relevant industry experience or ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant
* Minimum of 2 years experience working in a professional office environment undertaking the duties of a Management accountant
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Must be proficient in working with the MS Office suite.
* Excellent administration & organisational skills.
* Have a proactive & positive approach to work.
