Location: Central Milton Keynes (Hybrid Working, 3 days in the offer, 2 days working from home)

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Partner Manager to develop and enhance their commercial and account management skills within our dynamic and results-driven Commercial Team. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this role provides hands-on experience in managing key operator accounts, negotiating commercial deals, and driving revenue growth.
This position is ideal for someone who is great at building relationships, enjoys negotiating and analysing data, and thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment. You will have direct responsibility for managing and growing a portfolio of key clients, sourcing new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to optimise campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Account & Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with operator accounts, ensuring repeat business and revenue growth.
* Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, responding to client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
* Negotiate and manage client budgets throughout the month, ensuring deals are commercially viable.
* Identify and onboard new business partners, expanding the commercial portfolio.
* Work with partners to optimise existing agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Commercial Performance & Data Analysis
* Track and analyse account performance, ensuring accounts are commercially viable and maximising commissions.
* Monitor operator data, spotting trends and providing actionable insights to improve revenue.
* Create and present performance reports to senior team members, identifying opportunities for growth.
Collaboration & Team Support
* Work closely with Marketing and eCRM teams to ensure operator offers and promotions are executed effectively.
* Generate ideas and collaborate with internal creative teams to enhance the user experience and campaign performance.
* Ensure smooth communication between internal teams, keeping stakeholders updated on account developments.
* Share knowledge and insights with the Partner Manager and Senior Partner Manager to refine commercial strategies.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
* Maintain a strong understanding of internal processes and compliance requirements, ensuring all campaigns meet regulatory standards.
* Work proactively to identify and address potential risks, escalating issues when necessary.
* Ensure efficient and organised account management processes, supporting the Commercial Team’s broader objectives.

* Possess an analytical mindset, capable of analysing campaign data and identifying trends.
* Have excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Are self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
