Your Responsibilities
* Motivate and support your team, adhering to our Leadership and Company Principles
* Solve problems quickly and delegate tasks effectively
* Create an environment where colleagues can succeed
* Manage operations within the Store and handle responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
* Ensure freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management run smoothly
* Provide exceptional customer service
