Exciting Opportunity: Senior Post holder – Governance and Compliance Officer for the Lincoln College Group
The Lincoln College Group is seeking an exceptional individual to take on the dynamic and evolving role of Governance Officer. This is a senior post holder position within our organisation, providing an outstanding opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of the Group while enhancing your career in governance and risk management.
As our long-serving Governance Officer, Sarah Adams, embarks on her well-deserved retirement after 35 years of dedicated service, we are looking for a professional who is passionate about supporting governance excellence and has the drive to help shape the future of our organisation.
What We Are Looking For:
You will play a key role in supporting the Chairs and Chief Financial and Compliance Officer (CFCO) in fulfilling their responsibilities. As the role evolves, you will also take on a vital aspect of risk management, helping us build robust systems that ensure the ongoing success and integrity of our organisation.
We are looking for someone who holds or is willing to work towards a professional Governance qualification. Please be aware this is a contractual expectation to be completed within 12 months of employment.
