As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team to deliver excellent quality and service levels for our clients. This role involves a wide range of operational tasks and systems management, offering an excellent opportunity to develop new skills across various areas. Reporting directly to the directors, responsibilities include managing internal and customer-facing systems, supporting staff and clients, training, and general business administration.
The successful candidate will be involved in IT and systems management, privacy compliance, supporting sales bids, and assisting our client management and execution teams. Currently, there are two remote team members under this role's responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
* Onboarding new staff through training on internal systems and tools such as Google Workspace, Salesforce CRM, Ringover telephony, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
* Maintaining the Asset Register, including allocation and status of all computer equipment.
* Managing IT and hardware stock, placing orders with suppliers as needed.
* Developing process documents and training videos for onboarding and ongoing staff and client training.
* Managing our internal Salesforce CRM, including data management, template creation, developing cadences, user support, and report generation.
* Managing Excelerate360 outbound lead generation email campaigns.
* Generating prospect lists using third-party data providers and AI tools, cleansing, deduping, and uploading data into Salesforce CRM.
* Providing encrypted prospect lists to Account Managers and clients.
* Onboarding new team members and ensuring completion of mandatory training, such as Hiscox Cyber Security Training.
* Preparing and shipping computer equipment to new employees and managing returned equipment.
* Managing manual research projects from briefing to data delivery, including analysis for Account Managers and clients.
* Screening Salesforce CRM data against CTPS and TPS databases regularly.
* Overseeing the accurate recording of BDE activity statistics for reporting purposes.
* Monitoring client privacy agreement completions and supporting GDPR compliance and best practices.
