Essential Skill & Experience Facilities, Maintenance, Building Manager BMS, M&E, COSHH solid background in maintenance management and lifecycle program implementation as well as demonstrable experience of FM Services Delivery (at management level) working knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) experience of Lifecycle/project processes and delivery, from inception through to completion experience/knowledge of current Fire and Water Regulations experience/knowledge of working to SFG20 standards familiarity with health & safety, COSHH, and other relevant statutory regulations. ideally you will be 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulation Qualified or have relevant mechanical qualifications.
