The Position
Managing and delivering the production stages of projects, you’ll make the most out of your forward-thinking mindset and eagle eye for detail, balancing priorities and juggling tasks to ensure some real success for the agency!
Working in great collaboration with the teams around you, you’ll maintain and develop strong client and supplier relationships, utilising your exceptional communication skills to ensure clear information and accurate instructions are given for production.
You’ll approach each task with flexibility and integrity, looking to deliver consistency and quality across each project, providing support to your department and solving problems along the way.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a talented Senior Production Manager, someone with plenty of experience leading teams and the production of events and experiences. You’ll have a really strong set of communication skills paired with a real sense of business acumen.
Our ideal candidate will be all about excellence and quality, a real advocate for the business who will actively pursue growth opportunities – you’ll be truly committed to the delivery of client service that surpasses expectations.
You’ll have worked across experiential projects, and have a background in influencer events, so we want to hear all about the successes in your career (so far!) and how exactly you’d work your magic in this role, to ensure great work is getting out there!
