As you will be aware, no two days are the same in Charity Retail and we are looking for those who are committed to making a real difference. You will need to have experience of delivering excellent customer service and have strong people management skills as you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading a team of dedicated staff and volunteers.
You will be responsible for maximising profits by accepting, sorting, and displaying donations to a high visual standard, and ensuring all customers receive an outstanding shopping experience.
