We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recovery of outstanding debts while maintaining a professional relationship with customers. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a passion to learn. The Agent will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient collection of overdue accounts and will work closely with various departments to achieve recovery goals.
Duties
1. Answer inbound and conduct outbound calls to customers to discuss overdue accounts and negotiate repayment plans.
2. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of communications and payments.
3. Provide exceptional customer service while handling sensitive financial information.
4. Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and company policies during all recovery activities.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar role within the financial services sector is preferred.
2. Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
3. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
