About the role
Telford College are recruiting for a Curriculum Administrator within our Sixth Form supporting both leadership and our A Level students.
Key Responsibilities
1. To provide excellent levels of clerical and administrative support including, but not exclusive to, document processing, photocopying, maintenance of filing systems, data entry, fielding telephone calls and taking messages.
2. To manage and maintain an effective diary for selected college middle management and Senior Leadership Team members.
3. To facilitate and arrange internal and external meetings for students, parents and stakeholders, providing a full service including detailed minutes of meetings and monitoring of action points arising from the meetings.
4. To coordinate staff sickness cover for all curriculum areas, informing covering members of staff and updating the register system.
5. The production of documents and reports using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other related packages.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications and Training
1. Level 2 qualification (GCSE A*-C, or equivalent) in Maths and English or a willingness to attain these qualifications with the support of the College.
