4. Plan and implement lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
5. Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to close any learning gaps.
6. Collaborate with the Maths department to refine and improve the curriculum.

Maths Teacher – Essential Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Mathematics or a related field.
2. Experience teaching Maths, with the ability to teach A-Level content.
3. Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
4. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
5. Confidence and subject knowledge to teach A-Level Economics is desirable but not essential.
