🕗 Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week), Monday-Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
💼 Contract: Permanent
💰 Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Executive Team (CEO and COO). This is a key role for a confident and adaptable professional who thrives in a varied position and enjoys making a difference.
As Executive Assistant, you will work closely with senior leadership, supporting day-to-day operations, projects, board activities, and internal business processes such as HR and governance. You'll also assist the wider team with ad hoc tasks and internal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Team
Manage inboxes, prioritise communications, and follow up on key actions
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel (domestic and international)
Prepare board packs, agendas, and minutes for senior-level meetings
Support with HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and appraisals
Assist wider team projects, including tracking KPIs and financial records
Provide occasional cover for reception or team admin support when required
What You'll Bring
Essential Skills & Experience
Strong administrative/secretarial background
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
High levels of organisation and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and handle confidential information with discretion
Calm and solution-focused under pressure
Desirable
NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent
Experience supporting executive-level or board meetings
Familiarity with project management or HR systems
