Hours : 7.30am-5pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 8-12 Location : Jewson, Sutton Fields Industrial Estate, Rotterdam Rd, Hull HU7 0XU Key Responsibilities This role will find you as the key point of contact for Tool Hire within this branch - managing your team while driving the overall profitability of the department by developing great relationships with customers. Managing the Tool Hire department in branch, overseeing all operational tasks as well as managing health and safety for you and your team Ensure that great relationships are developed with our customers, via phone, email and in person, and get to know our products and equipment to better assist customers Generating business with new and existing customers, managing KPI targets for your department Collaborate with the wider branch network to support customer requirements and business activities Be available to perform deliveries and collections of equipment for our customers, using a 3.5t vehicle Be available to perform any maintenance of the equipment we hire out (training will be provided) Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement What's in it for you?
