This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to play a key role in growing the electrical side of a successful business within the commercial office interiors sector. The role would suit someone with experience managing electrical projects up to £1M and who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage multiple electrical contracts from inception to completion. Coordinate with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Allocate and organise labour effectively to maximise efficiency. Negotiate supplier rates to achieve cost-effective procurement. Develop detailed project schedules for effective management. Conduct health and safety assessments and site audits to ensure compliance. Provide technical support, quotations, and responses to client requests. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service delivery. Take full responsibility for the efficiency and quality of on-site work. Types of Projects: Office fit-out and refurbishment projects. Commercial property refurbishment (CAT A, CAT A, CAT B). Projects within the company can value from £50k up to £15 million. Essential Skills & Qualifications: Fully qualified with 2360 Part 1 & 2, 2330 Level 2 & 3, 2382-18 (18th Edition), and 2391 Inspection & Testing. Extensive experience in electrical installations, inspection & testing, fault-finding, and certification. Strong leadership and workforce management skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using relevant computer applications. Full UK driving licence. SMSTS qualification (desirable but not essential).
