The Role:
Educate Recruitment Hub is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Geography & Humanities on behalf of our client. ECT's can apply. Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to diverse student needs.
2. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
3. Contribute to the development and implementation of the curriculum.
4. Participate in departmental and whole-school initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
5. Engage with parents and carers to support student achievement and well-being.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the subjects taught.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. A proven track record of impact in your teaching career to date.
5. A commitment to ongoing professional development.
