We have a unique (and honestly), a very exciting position for a bright, customer focused and analytically minded individual to join our client.
You will be supporting the Learning & Development team who are responsible for 21 regions across Europe and Africa, in the following areas:
* Coordinating the seminars, L&D training and conferences
* Supporting the Senior Manager in Germany with all diary management duties
* Creating and publishing statistical data on training courses, to include feedback and attendance
This role will be very busy, but will open up the opportunity to use your initiative, gain insights into the wider areas of the business and will include liaison with senior stakeholders across all areas of the business.
The Individual:
* Customer service focused - you will be the first impression of the team and department
* Confident to liaise with individuals where English is not their first language patience
* Highly organised, excellent attention to detail
* Strong Excel - creating and preparing reports on statistical data - keen to learn
