Job summary An opportunity has become available to join the Older Persons Medicine team on ward 12 at James Cook University Hospital. Working as a Health Care Support Worker within the team you will help care for 27 patients. Candidates should have a passion for the care of patients with complex medical needs and frailty syndromes including Dementia, Delirium and Falls. Band 2 requirements - willingness to undertake all relevant training and qualifications if wishing to develop into a band 3 role.
